RETURNS POLICY

At French Furniture Fittings we want you to be happy with your order. Our returns guarantee means just that – if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, or you simply don’t need them anymore, just return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days and we’ll either replace them or issue a full refund.

For further information regarding returning your order, please drop us an email quoting your name and order number at admin@frenchfurniturefittings.co.uk or give us a call on 01380 590690.

Refunds are normally processed on Fridays, we aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns are processed and refunded/replaced within 14 days.

Please remember to include a note with your order number, name and address.

PAYMENT METHOD

Full payment must be received via our website before orders will be sent out. This can be by debit/credit card or by using PayPal.
