SHIPPING POLICY

Orders of items that we hold in stock will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days. 

Other items that need to be ordered in specially will take longer, please consult the product listing for further details.

Problems with your delivery:  If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we’ll give a full refund.

If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.

Incorrect Address:  If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

Other Address Problems:  Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts:  If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt, they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
